1.1. These rules establish for visitors of the Allure Inn Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel) the internal procedures of the Hotel, the rules for using the Hotel property, the scope of services provided, and the responsibilities of the parties.
1.2 The Hotel’s activities are also regulated by the Rules for the use of Hotels and similar means of accommodation and provision of hotel services dated 16.03.2004 No. 19, the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” and the legislation of Ukraine.
1.3. Visitors can get a hotel room if they have a passport or a document that replaces it.
1.4. Accommodation of foreign citizens and stateless persons (hereinafter – foreigners) in hotels of Ukraine is carried out on general grounds upon presentation of national passports of foreigners or documents certifying their identity.
1.5. If there are free seats and if the visitor wishes, he can be given a room for two or more seats with full payment of the room price.
2.1. The hotel provides visitors with furnished rooms equipped with household appliances, sanitary ware and other equipment. Hotel rooms and common areas have modern decoration, engineering networks, equipment, and equipment.
2.2. Visitors must treat the property of the Hotel with care, use the equipment as intended, and comply with fire safety requirements. In case of detection of property damage, technical malfunctions, emergency events (flooding, fire, broken glass, etc.), it is necessary to immediately notify the administrator.
3.1. The administrator monitors compliance with internal procedures in the Hotel. He provides explanations to visitors regarding the rules of accommodation, accepts complaints from them about the actions of staff and other visitors that violate the established work order.
3.2. Visitors, during registration at the Hotel, receive from the administrator the key to the room provided for accommodation. The room key is the property of the Hotel. And subject to return upon departure from the hotel. If it is not returned, its cost will be reimbursed by the visitor according to the price list established by the Hotel.
3.3. If visitors keep particularly valuable things (money, jewelry) that have compact dimensions and can be easily taken out, visitors can store them in a safe located at the Hotel reception. The hotel administration is not responsible for money and valuables not deposited.
3.4. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and premises of the Hotel. A fine of UAH 1,500 is imposed for smoking in the hotel premises. In the case of repeated smoking in the above-mentioned places, the Hotel administration may evict the visitor.
3.5. From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., silence must be maintained inside the Hotel and on the territory.
3.6. Guests can visit the Hotel from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. The guest staying in the room must agree to the arrival of guests. The guest staying in the room is responsible for any actions of the guest. If necessary, the administrator has the right to check the guest’s documents. The administrator has the right to prohibit a guest from entering the Hotel in the cases provided for in clause 10 of these rules.
3.7. If the visitor wishes not to be disturbed, he can hang a table with the inscription “Do not disturb” on the outside of the door handle, which is included in the equipment of the room. The inscription “Please remove!” is written on the back of the plate. The visitor can hang such a sign if he thinks that the room is not cleaned enough.
3.8. The stay of any animals in the Hotel is prohibited.
3.9. Bringing and storing in the Hotel rooms of firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons, devices of domestic production for shooting cartridges, equipped with rubber or metal projectiles of similar properties of non-lethal action, and the specified cartridges, military supplies for weapons, explosive materials and substances, as well as substances and materials , which are dangerous for the life and health of citizens and the preservation of their property is prohibited.
4.1 When leaving the room, all electrical appliances (except the refrigerator) and lighting must be turned off.
4.2. It is forbidden to use tees and extension cords, powerful electrical appliances, including heaters, in the rooms, except when these appliances are included in the standard equipment of the room or issued for use by the Hotel staff.
4.3. It is unacceptable to leave cold or hot water taps open unnecessarily when leaving the room.
4.4. Electricity consumption is limited. Improper use can lead to power outages.
4.5. It is preferable to make phone calls inside the Hotel using internal numbers consisting of 3 digits.
5.1. The territory of the Hotel, internal stairs and corridors are monitored by video cameras. Video surveillance is carried out for the safety of guests, their property, and the property of the Hotel.
6.1. Car parking is public and free. The owners of these vehicles are responsible for keeping the vehicles parked on the territory in front of the Hotel.
6.2. It is strictly forbidden to leave vehicles at entrances and exits, internal passages and in other places that may cause inconvenience to other people.
7.1. The hotel provides basic services that are included in the price of accommodation, and additional services that are provided for a separate price list fee. Without the consent of the visitor, the Hotel cannot provide additional services not specified in the contract.
7.2. The main services include providing a room for accommodation, room cleaning, meals, breakfast, calling an ambulance.
7.3. The hotel welcomes visitors around the clock. A room for a certain number of seats is provided for use. If it is necessary to accommodate an additional number of visitors in the room and the room is equipped for their accommodation, then such visitors are accepted for an additional fee. Children under the age of 18 can be accommodated in the Hotel together with adults (parents or relatives).
7.4. Current cleaning (dust removal, garbage removal, washing of glasses and cups, cleaning of bathrooms, cleaning of beds) is carried out daily.
7.5. General cleaning is carried out every time after departure.
7.6. Towels are changed every day and bed linen at least once every three days.
7.7. General cleaning is carried out at least once a quarter (window cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstered furniture).
7.8. Additional services include: room service by waiters and other services according to the additional list.
8.1. Room reservation is a preliminary order made before the day of the scheduled check-in.
Early check-in (possible only upon prior agreement with the Hotel administration) –
from 00:00 to 06:00 is paid additionally in the amount of 100% of the cost of a day’s stay in the room (breakfast is included in the price).
Early check-in from 06:00 to 14:00 – 50% of the cost of a day’s stay in the room (breakfast is included in the price).
Late check-out after 12:00 and before 20:00 is paid additionally in the amount of 50% of the daily cost.
8.2. Children up to 6 years old are accommodated free of charge in the same room with their parents without providing an additional bed. Accommodation of children older than 6 years and adults on an additional bed in the room and providing children under 6 years of age with an additional bed in the room is subject to a fee according to the Hotel’s price list.
8.3. Cancellation of the reservation earlier than 24 hours before the date of arrival is free of charge. You can cancel your reservation by sending a request to the e-mail allureinn@gmail.com or by phone +38(099) 5000822
8.4. In case of cancellation of the reservation later than 24 hours before the date of arrival at the Hotel or in case of no-show, the subscription amount is not returned and is considered a fine.
8.5. If the guest warns the Hotel about early departure (compared to the booked period of stay) less than 24 hours before the date of actual departure, the guest undertakes to pay a penalty in the amount of one day of stay and services actually provided.
8.6. By confirming the reservation of a room at the Hotel, the guest agrees to the above conditions, including the procedure for canceling the order and the rules applicable in case of no-show.
8.7. Prices are indicated in hryvnias. Payment for accommodation is made in hryvnias. We accept payment in cash, bank transfer or bank cards of international payment systems: Visa, Master Card.
8.8. The price of the room includes the tourist tax introduced by the administration of the cities of Ukraine.
8.9. If it is necessary to return money to a guest staying at the Hotel, we offer the following options: a deposit for the next arrival, or a refund in the same way as the payment was made (minus 15%, if the payment was made by card). In each case, the guest files a refund application in the established form (the application is made at the hotel reception). A guest who has not yet checked in, but has paid for accommodation, must send a written statement (in any way) that will be the basis for a refund.
9.1. The cost is included in the price of the room and is not subject to additional payment and cannot be compensated in case of cancellation.
9.2. Independent cooking in the room using additional equipment is prohibited.
10.1. Visitors terminate their stay at the Hotel at the end of the term of the contract between the guest and the Hotel on the provision of services.
10.2. If the guest violates these rules of staying at the hotel, which leads or may lead to material damagesdamages, or creates inconvenience for the accommodation of other guests, the Hotel has the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the contract (evict). Funds paid by the guest for accommodation are not returned in this case.
10.3. The administrator has the right to refuse settlement in the following cases:
– visitors have no documents, documents are invalid or expired, there are suspicions that the documents are fake;
– there is no payment for the number in the prescribed manner and in the required amount;
– the visitor has an untidy, dirty appearance, he is intoxicated, behaves inappropriately, aggressively;
– the visitor is included in the list of unwanted visitors (stop list);
– the visitor refuses to comply with the rules of stay at the Hotel;
– in other cases provided by the legislation of Ukraine and common sense.
10.4. In disputed cases, the issue is decided by the Hotel administrator.
10.5. During the stay at the Hotel, the guest bears full responsibility for himself, the persons who arrived with him, as well as children, and undertakes to comply with the generally accepted norms of accommodation and rules of stay, to follow the requests and recommendations of the hotel staff, to treat the Hotel staff with respect, not damage the image and reputation of the Hotel with words or actions.
10.6. In the event of any conflict situation with Hotel guests or any outsiders who are on its territory, in buildings and premises, any employee has the right and is obliged to contact law enforcement agencies.
10.7. Smoking is also prohibited in the restaurant hall and on the open terrace. The smoking area is located at the exit to the summer terrace on the left side of the hotel facade. The smoking area is specially marked.
